The staff was amicable & exceptional.

The hotel was located very close to Phoenix for a funeral of an immediate family member. Really enjoyed the a double room, would n't mind staying there all day. The staff was very helpful, the beds were comfortable. We did n't want to say goodbye and would love to stay here again.

I recently stayed here and really enjoyed the cozy queen room and the comfy bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The outdoor pool and lounge area were perfect for relaxing after a long day. The only downside was the breakfast options being a bit limited, but overall, I had a nice stay! 😊

Upon arrival, the lobby was locked with a desk clerk behind bulletproof glass, forcing check-in outside in the parking lot. My room smelled of stale tobacco, and the furniture showed signs of heavy wear. Outside, noise from residents continued late into the night, with visitors frequently knocking on doors and disturbing guests. The breakfast setup was lackluster, with a mere dozen bite-sized muffins on display and no beverages available. I felt the experience was heavily influenced by the hotel's location in a rough area, which left me uneasy throughout my stay.

Curtains in the room didn't provide enough privacy, uncomfortable. Staff at the front desk very helpful and friendly. Had basic amenities and a clean bed, but definitely needs a lot of updates.
